Las bodas se reservan por orden de llegada. Se requiere la presentaci\u00f3n de su solicitud firmada y el pago del dep\u00f3sito de alquiler para confirmar su fecha y hora. El saldo final se pagar\u00e1 en su totalidad 1 mes antes del d\u00eda de su boda. Los pagos pueden hacerse en efectivo, cheque personal, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, transferencia bancaria o tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito. Se aplica una comisi\u00f3n de 3,5% por tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestras bodas tendr\u00e1n lugar a las 11am, 1pm, 3pm y 5pm (4pm en los meses de invierno). Su tiempo se iniciar\u00e1 1 hora antes de la hora de la ceremonia de la boda (por ejemplo, para una boda 11am, su alquiler ser\u00e1 de 10am a 12pm).<\/p>\n<p>Pol\u00edtica de reembolso<br \/>\nLas cancelaciones y los cambios de fecha deben solicitarse por escrito y enviarse por correo electr\u00f3nico a Suzanne@winterparkweddingcompany.com. En caso de cancelaci\u00f3n del evento, se aplicar\u00e1 la siguiente pol\u00edtica de reembolso:<\/p>\n<p>50% Reembolso: Si se cancela entre la fecha de la firma y 90 d\u00edas antes del evento programado<\/p>\n<p>40% Reembolso: Si se cancela entre 30 y 89 d\u00edas antes del evento programado<\/p>\n<p>No hay reembolso: Si se cancela antes de 29 d\u00edas del evento programado<\/p>\n<p>En caso de Huracanes, Tornados, Pandemias, o Mandatos Gubernamentales podemos reprogramar su boda o evento hasta un a\u00f1o antes sin cargos o penalidades. Para cancelaciones debido a cualquiera de las situaciones anteriores se aplica nuestra pol\u00edtica de cancelaci\u00f3n regular.<\/p>\n<p>Cualquier equipo o decoraci\u00f3n que desee traer debe ser montado y desmontado dentro de su horario de alquiler programado y discutido con Suzanne antes de la boda.<\/p>\n<p>Se necesita una tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito para asegurar la boda y se cobrar\u00e1 por el tiempo extra despu\u00e9s del tiempo de gracia de 15 minutos.
