Choosing the type of wedding you want
When planning a wedding, usually the first check list item is to narrow down the location for the wedding ceremony. Usually the location is a factor of whether you would like a church wedding ceremony or a civil wedding ceremony. For civil ceremonies there are a vast amount of ceremony locations. However, for a church ceremony, the amount of location possibilities becomes significantly lower. Here is a list of pros and cons from The Knot

Do you have to be a member to have a Church Wedding?
If you are an established member of a church and you would like a church ceremony, the church location would become quite obvious and straightforward. But what if you are not an established member of a church? Or if you want a destination wedding but would still like a church ceremony. Most churches want you to be an established member of their congregation before you can have your wedding in their church.
Furthermore, what happens if you are an established member of a church but you want to have certain music, prayers and/or readings that may fall outside of the churches’ guidelines or requirements? Wanting a church ceremony but not being able to find an accommodating church can increase levels of wedding planning stress. Thankfully, couples have been able to find refuge in churches that are open to serving all people, whether affiliated with a church or not.
Churches that are open to serving all people
For over a decade, we have provided couples with multiple churches that are open to serving all people. Also we have coordinated weddings for destination wedding couples, non-member couples, mixed faith couples and couples who have wanted wedding ceremonies items that the church would not accommodate. We have always welcomed these couples and we continue to welcome them in the future.
We have a minister for your church wedding
Maybe you would prefer a male minister, a female minister. A Rabbi, a Spanish speaking minister? Even a member of your family who is a minister, we can help you. Our society is made up of different faiths and beliefs. A wedding ceremony is where all that comes together. Joining a couple together. Email us with your questions and then all that will remain is for you to say “Get me to the church on time”.
