Love Story – Sydney and Edward

Sydney and Edward’s journey together is a beautiful reminder that love often finds us when we least expect it. The two first connected online seven years ago, and from that very first spark, their story continued to grow into something truly special. In June of 2024, they reached out to me to begin planning their wedding day, and I was honored to be part of such a meaningful chapter in their lives.

Their wedding day was everything it should be — heartfelt, elegant, and filled with love. Sydney and Edward exchanged vows surrounded by close family and friends during a beautiful ceremony at the Primera Iglesia Congregacional de Winter Park. The church provided a timeless and sacred setting, perfectly reflecting the depth of their commitment to one another.

Following the ceremony, the celebration continued at the Winter Park Women’s Club, where loved ones gathered to laugh, celebrate, and share in the joy of the newlyweds. It was truly a pleasure working closely with Sydney and Edward, coordinating both their rehearsal and wedding ceremony, and ensuring their day unfolded seamlessly and stress-free.

Ed proposed to Sydney last year,  they were on their way to their favorite restaurant to celebrate their anniversary of when they first met.  Ed asked if Sydney was ready, she said “yes.”He said “your missing something” and Sydney said “no” and then he proposed, marking the next exciting chapter in their love story. Since then, the couple has been dreaming big — especially when it comes to travel. Next summer, they are setting off on an incredible European adventure to Italy, Poland, and England, a perfect reflection of their shared love for exploring new places, whether abroad or right here at home.

When they’re not planning their next trip, Sydney and Edward cherish spending time with family and friends, sharing laughter, and cheering on their favorite teams. As die-hard UCF fans and devoted Orlando City Soccer supporters, their shared passions bring even more fun and connection into their relationship.
